Aged for at least 10 years in French oak barrels through na oxidative process of ageing. Produced from a blend of different harvests years, that averagely must have at least 10 or 20 or 30 or 40 years of time in the oak. Older it is lighter the colour. A 40 year old Tawny Port Wine may have an amber-gold colour! A more liquourous type of Port Wine, excellent to enjoy after as a dessert wine!
