Single Estate Family production. Old vines.

Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Carvalha, predominantly. Ageing for at least 4 years in very big oak vats, for a fresher matured berries taste intensity.

Intense ruby colour. In the nose wild fruits more wine and less liquorous.In the mouth flavours of cherry raspberry spices and hint of chocolat medium-sweet to sweet full body very well-balanced. Lingers in the mouth. A quite impressive ruby single estate port wine!

Drinking at 14 -16 º Celsius.

Wonderful with Dark Chocolate or sheeps milk cheeses like blue cheese or cows matured cheeses.
