A delicious 10 year old port wine produced by this small and traditional family company. Very Limited availability. We must say we were very impressed it seems older than other 10 Year Old Tawny Port Wines! Produced with Tinta Amarela Tinta Roriz e Touriga Franca grape varieties it ages through an oxidative process of ageing in chestnut barrels for at least ten years. When you serve into your port wine glass you shall be impressed with its beautiful golden-amber colour! In the nose you it is very promissing sweetness with plenty of dry fruits spicies and a hint of vanilla. In the mouth it is warm perfect sweetness (not too much) very smooth round balanced warm and it keeps the promisse a blend of dry fruits almond hazelnut rasin some spicies and a lingering finish. Delicious! Drink at 17 to 18 celsius degrees.
