Specification

The Black Pork is considered to be the most healthy porc meat, because it feds only with acorns and it lives in open farm environment. A little darker than the regular pork meat and much tastier! You may also have heard the name "Pata Negra", what this race of pigs is called in Spain.

Meat chorizo is prepared with selected Iberian Pork meat and some fat that, after cut to small pieces, is seasoned with paprika, garlic, salt and some spices.

The sausage has an U- shape and a maturation process ranging from 15 to 20 days of cure.

We cut it in slices and it is ready to eat with bread as an appetizer or with rice or boiled potatoes as a meal. May also be grilled our roasted. Can be used to season plates like a Duck Rice or Beans. Really nice!

Can be hold for months without spoiling in the fridge.

Black and U-shaped sausage. The Black Porc Meat is mixed with some fat and blood, it is seasoned with paprika, wine, vinegar, salt and spices.

We cut it in slices grill our roast it and eat with bread as an appetizer or with rice or bolied potatoes as a meal. Really nice!

Cured for 20 Days. Can be hold for months without spoiling.

Orange and U-shaped sausage. As the name suggests, made with wheat and corn flour, selected fat, paprika, spices and salt. It is then maturated over a little heat in the smokehouse with holm oak wood.

We boile it or roast it in the oven and then slice it & eat it with bread as an appetizer or with rice or bolied potatoes as a meal. Quite Delicious!

Cured for 15 Days in the smokehouse. Can be hold for months without spoiling.
