To the characteristic aromas of the forest, orchard and vegetable garden, is added the alcohol distilled from the wines of the estate, that makes up this Gin, which runs through the entire tasting, giving it softness and persistence. An excellent marriage of fresh and citrus notes of lemon peel, mint, coriander leaves and lemon thyme, with the aromas of woodland, juniper, lavender, beautiful light thyme and perpetual purple.
