Deep dark ruby with hints of purple colour. In the nose plenty of complexity red fruits slight floral hint. In the mouth it is very full dense yet elegant complex fulll body intense wild fruitiness a slight hint of coffee and fine tannins amazingly long and persistent finish. Serve at 16 - 17 Celsius. Open 5 hours or Decant 2h30m before drinking.

Perfect with a Roastbeef or Sheeps milk cheese smoked ham or a nice lamb.
