100% Encruzado grape variety. Fermentation in French oak barrels. In contact and bustle of the fine lees for 5 months.

Soft yellow color with greenish hints. Intense and delicate aroma where mineral and white fruit notes are surrounded by light and thin toast. In the mouth appear traces of citrus peel with great volume and creaminess. Super balanced in the alcohol strenght. Long and subtle finish. Certainly a delicious Encruzado wine!

Drink at 12 Celsius with goat cheeses or nice well seasoned white meat plates or fat fish plates
