Single Estate White Dao wine. Very Old Vineyards, produced exclusively from Encruzado grape variety.
Pre-fermentative maceration, fermentation in used 600L wood casks with battonage.
Great Ageing Potential!

Citric colour. In the nose it is quite aromatic with hints of passion fruit and lemon. In the mouth it is dry, slightly salty, passion fruit, delicate flowers, really nice acidity, finishing long and persistent. A Very Good Encruzado!

Perfect with well seasoned saladas or fish plates or goat cheeses.
