Traditional winemaking, beginning of fermentation on skins and final fermentation in used 600L casks, ageing one year in oak barrels and it matures at least one year in the bottle.

Light yellow straw colour with greenish hints. In the nose it is citric, mineral and complex with good intensity of white and yellow fruits. In the mouth it is elegant, but with a good volume, delicate oak, good acidity, fruity and a very long finish. An Very Good White!

Perfect with strong cheeses, well seasoned fish and meat plates.
