Conde Villar Rose Wine 2017 - Vinho Verde (Green Wine) - 750ml

A Rose Vinho Verde (Green Wine). Produced with Touriga Nacional and Espadeiro grape varieties.
Hand picked grapes at short distance from winery. Immediately destemmed and crushed to capture fresh aromas. Initial skin fermentation for colour improvement.

Clear and bright raspberry colour. Fresh and young nose with hints of strawberries and raspberries crushed into currant with generous lime drops. In the mouth it has a really nice structure and a good balance between the alcohol and acidity, lots of fruitiness, but dry. The light fizz enhances the wine freshness.Truly Summery!

Drink in between 8 to 10 Celsius Degrees.
Pair with salads, shellfish or a fresh frilled fat fish.
