Vinified in tradional stone mill feet pressed. Ages for at least 6 months in Allier French oak barrels (fine grain and medium toasted).
Deep Red Ruby Colour with some violet hints. In the nose it is very complex and Intense with floral fruitiness, very delicate fine oak and jam. In the mouth it is unbelievably elegant but at the same time full body, an amazing structure, plenty of ripe fruits like blackberries, blueberries and cherries, well integrated oak complex with an long finish! Shows the greatness of the amazing Touriga Nacional indigenous grape variety Truly Impressive with cellar Potential.
Drink at 17 Celsius. Open 1h1/2 before drinking.
Drink with strong cheeses, smoked ham, Chorizo or roasted Lamb meat.
